Hi, I'm Keisha , the ladies' life & love coach. I've been working with amazing women like you for the past thirteen years. Here's my "why"...

I was really struggling with finding love. I noticed that I kept dating the types of men and I was going no where fast( like real fast). After so many cringe worthy dates I decided that it was time to reevaluate my life.

I took a break from dating and really started to "work on me". I had always heard that term, but never knew what it meant. After 6 months of personal development I was able to let go of unhealthy patterns that were getting in my way. I was able to identify my values and standards for dating. I was able to date with confidence and noticed that confidence has translated to other areas of me life(new home, new job and a new attitude).

Six months after my personal development journey began I met the man that would become my husband. I truly believe that had I not taken time for personal development I would not have met my husband.

Over the past 10 years I have professionally supported many women in the process of "working on themselves" so that they too can gain the confidence that they need to know their worth and date with clarity. Their success brings me so much joy!
